Blade Shoulder & Arm Shoulder: Also referred to as "The Shoulder Butt" this is the part of the pig that is mainly used for pork roast as well as a lot of barbecue dishes. This is were you also get your ground pork from. 


​Loin: This is the part of the pig where you get your tenderloin, pork rib roast, rack of ribs, pork chops, and loin roast.


Side & Spare Ribs: This is the part of the pig where you get your spare ribs as well as the most important cut, Bacon!


​Leg: This is the part of the pig where you get your ham.


​Hock:​​ This is the part of the pig where you get your Pork Knuckle.
