Tenderloin: This is the part of the turkey that is right above the breast. This is were you will mainly get your low fat meat.


Breast: This is the part of the turkey that has the main source of white meat.


Thigh: This is the part of the turkey that is the best for roasting, mainly consisting or dark meat.


Drumstick: This is the part of the turkey that is just like a chick drumstick but a lot bigger and consists of dark meat.
